Our expert powder coaters:
- Thoroughly prepare your item by cleaning and sanding it
- Spray a dry, electrostatically charged powder – a mix of plastic resins, pigments, and fillers – onto its surface
- Use a hot oven to cause a chemical reaction and melt the powder, creating a beautiful, long-lasting finish (much tougher and more durable than conventional paint). For coastal regions, we also offer epoxy coating to prevent rust.
In addition to its beautiful and durable finish, powder coating is much more environmentally friendly than solvent-based wet paint, with no VOC emission issues. We offer a huge range of colours and finishes, including matte, gloss, metallic, and textured.
